Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your pair, no reason needed. Email callo.bcn@gmail.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

Items must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once we receive the return, we refund the item and the original standard shipping cost (if any) to your original payment method within 14 days.
