Original shipping costs are non-refundable

- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Free from any signs of wear, stains, or alterations
Made-to-Order Products
Each CALLO garment is individually crafted using premium materials.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
Please contact us and include:
- Order number
- Reason (size exchange or return)
- New size (if applicable)
- We will send you the return instructions.
Processing Times
Once the product is received and inspected:
- Exchanges: new size shipped within 3–5 business days
Returns: refunds processed within 3–5 business days
