You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return. We recommend checking our size guide to ensure the best fit

Spain

  • Return shipping: free

European Union

  • Return shipping: at the customer’s expense
  • New size shipping: free of charge

International

  • Return shipping: at the customer’s expense
  • New size shipping: at the customer’s expense

RETURNS

All regions (Spain, EU, and International):

Return shipping costs: at the customer’s expense

Full refund of the product price

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return and Exhange Requirements

The product must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from any signs of wear, stains, or alterations

Made-to-Order Products

Each CALLO garment is individually crafted using premium materials.
How to Request an Exchange or Return

Please contact us and include:

  • Order number
  • Reason (size exchange or return)
  • New size (if applicable)

We will send you the return instructions.

Processing Times

Once the product is received and inspected:

  • Exchanges: new size shipped within 3–5 business days
  • Returns: refunds processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We can’t offer refunds after a size exchange has already been completed. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
