CALLOHi Thao, really sorry this one went wrong. The carrier lost one of your two parcels in transit. As soon as we found out, we emailed you with two options: a full refund or shipping the remaining pair. We didn't hear back, so a week later we followed up. When you replied asking for a refund, we processed it in full that same day. We're a one-person brand and every pair is made by hand, so a lost parcel hurts us too. Hope you'll give CALLO

Amazing quality and design; the size chart was very accurate. However, it did take 45 days for the pants to arrive in Norway.

I've worn a lot of different climbing pants/outdoor pants. I've always been a multipurpose user, these pants are functional in the outdoor space, but also when I want to put an outfit together they work really well. Material is great, colors are wonderful, craftsmanship is top notch. Gonna be ordering all the colors ASAP

Probably my favourite out of the two pairs I got, I wear a lot of black so just a like it more, fitment was perfect, I really like the adjustable cuffs, feels really comfortable, pattern looks sicks, and staff is very friendly dont be afraid to message them about anything you need help with.

I got an XS I'm 5'6 and it fit really nice, the way you can clip the pants at the bottom is cool, they're light and breathable, other than that they just look sick.

Best climbing pants I've owned. Super comfortable, I've been using them for bouldering sessions and the fabric feels strong but flexible at the same time. You can tell the quality jut by wearing them.
